SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS SHIPPING

Where can I receive my order?
You may receive your wedding dress or suit and any other accessory from our online shop at any address of your preference (home, work, etc) or collect it directly from SEDKA NOVIAS premises.

How long will my order take to arrive and how much will it cost?
Delivery deadlines depend on the shipping method:
For delivery to a private address, please find the deadlines and costs below:
Spain 2-3 working days. Delivery costs €30.
Europe 3-5 working days. Delivery costs €60.
Europe  (non EU) 5-9 working days. Delivery costs €120.
US and Mexico, South America 5-9 working days. Delivery costs €200.
Asia 9-15 working days. Delivery costs €250.

If your country is not listed when registering, please contact us at info@sedkanovias.es in order to receive information regarding your shipping options.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you may track it from "My account" section by going to My Orders and checking its status. Or you may also request information by sending us email to pedidos@sedkanovias.es.

What is the process for home delivery?
If you have selected the home delivery option, we will send you an email confirming delivery (once your order has been dispatched). Following, you will be provided with a link in order to track your order. Finally, the shipping company will contact you by text or email in order to inform you when your order is likely to be delivered.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipping company will return your order to our warehouse.

What is the process for shop collection?
If you have selected shop collection, we will send you an email confirming delivery (once your order has been dispatched). We will then call you from the shop as soon as your order is ready to be collected. If your order is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.

 

RETURNS

How can I return an item?
The simplest way to return an item is to bring it to our SEDKA NOVIAS premises. Any clothes returned must be in excellent conditions and you will be required to produce your proof of payment. We do not accept any underwear returns.
If you prefer to arrange collection from your home address, please request a call back by our Customer Service department. After verifying all details, we will send our shipping company to collect your returned items within 24 hours (where possible).
Our shipping company will get in touch with you to arrange collection. Should there be any issues with the date arranged, you may contact them to reschedule your collection.

What is your returns policy?
Items may only be returned within 15 calendar days from receipt.

Do I need to pay anything to return an item?
All returns with SEDKA NOVIAS are FREE OF CHARGE using any of our available returns methods.

Can I also have a refund for any shipping costs paid when ordering?
Yes, except in case of deliveries to Spain €30, Canary and Balearic Islands and Europe €60.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your returned order has been checked, you will receive your refund via the same payment method used during the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Following approval of your returned order (items must be in excellent conditions and include all tags), we will send you a confirmation email stating that the amounts paid will be refunded a few days later.
Please remember that refunds to your credit card will depend on your bank's procedures.

What shall I do if I receive a refund in the wrong amount?
Please contact our customer service department in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
SEDKA NOVIAS reserves the right to reject any items requested or received outside of the above deadline, as well as any items that are not received in the same conditions as sent.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my items?
All dresses purchased from SEDKA NOVIAS may be exchanged for a different size or colour at our SEDKA NOVIAS premises, provided that these are in excellent conditions and subject to stock.
To arrange collection from your home address, please request a refund and then proceed to do a new purchase online.

What is your exchange policy?
Items may only be exchanged within 15 calendar days from receipt.
